2. Be sure to check your inbox for e-mails coming from yours truly. You may have just gotten a few, one of which will include your password. You’ll need to click on the confirmation links to make sure we’re connected and that you’re getting all of my updates relating the course.
3. Be sure to click the link on the right and ask to join the private Facebook group. Having a tribe is everything. Connecting with other women, offering and gaining support, asking the difficult questions, will lead you to a happier healthier self guaranteed.
4. Member etiquette is important here. We’re going deep and talking about some pretty intense things. So remember to come from a place of love rather than judgment and honor the space provided to us all.
